AAU Details
ABC offers 3rd-11th graders the chance to play AAU
against local and out of state teams.

Although there are many AAU options, ABC offers the following benefits:

• 8-10 players per team which allows for maximum playing time

• 2 practices a week

• Emphasis on teaching movement and spacing vs. learning a bunch of plays

• Same coach at practices and games (Many clubs do not do this.)

• Flexibility in scheduling practices and choosing tournaments

• 6 tournaments throughout April and May, with the majority being local
