PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Private instruction is tailored to each players specific need. After evaluating the player's skills, a detailed plan will be created and implemented at each workout. Each session will focus on developing and improving their ability, while increasing confidence on the court.
Small group sessions range from 2-6 players and are formed by talent/grade level. Players will be taught how to read and react to multiple scenarios they will face from both a defensive and offensive perspective.
Works with various elementary, middle school, high school and travel teams in multiple capacities including:
Helping to organize practices and implementing game strategies
Running skills sessions focusing on different offensive/defensive skill sets
Working with head coaches to tailor training sessions towards specific skills or position groups
